BunnyConvert Pro subscriptions are purchased through Apple App Store or Google Play. Refunds are handled by the store where the purchase was made.

Apple App Store

For iOS purchases, users should request refunds through Apple's official purchase history and refund request flow.

For Android purchases, users should request refunds through Google Play's official order history and refund request flow.

Free credits and rewarded-ad credits have no cash value and cannot be exchanged, transferred or refunded.
