This page explains how to request deletion of your BunnyConvert account and the data associated with it. Using BunnyConvert does not require an account; accounts are optional and used only for Pro sync and cross-device file access.
What gets deleted
- Your account and login credentials (email + encrypted password) in Supabase Auth
- Your Pro entitlement records
- Every synced cloud file stored in your private folder (Supabase Storage)
This action is permanent and cannot be undone. Files saved locally on your device are not affected and remain under your control. Anonymous, non-identifying product analytics that are not linked to your identity are retained in aggregate.
Option 1 — Delete it yourself (instant)
- Open the BunnyConvert app or bunnyconvert.com and sign in.
- Go to Settings → Account.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
- Your synced files and account data are removed immediately and you are signed out.
Option 2 — Request by email
Email support@bunnyconvert.com from the address associated with your account, with the subject line "Delete my account". We verify ownership and complete deletion within 30 days (usually much sooner) and confirm by reply.
